Do you have public liability insurance>
Yes, we have public liability insurance to the sum of £1,000,000 with Catlin Insurance (UK) Limitied
Does the price quoted Include fitting and collection?
All prices quoted on our website Include fitting and collection within West Yorkshire area. South, North and East Yorkshire areas will Incur travel expenses calculated at 40p per mile.
Do you offer trade discount?
Yes we do, if you are a wedding planner, an event planner or a florist visit our trade pages for more information.
When will you collect your Items from the venue?
We will usually collect our hired Items on the morning after the event.
If I pick up my order will I get a discount?
It depends on what you are hiring. Items that you are setting up yourself such as chair covers and centre pieces will get a discount depending on the value of the order.
How do I find your premises?

How do you calculate the price for stationery?
The price that we give you will Include design, production and 1 set of amends to your stationery Items. All other client amends will be charged at £15 per hour.
Can I pay a deposit to secure my date?
Yes you can, deposits are usually £50 or 10% of the order value depending on which Is greater.
What Is the refundable deposit for?
People like to party and unfortunately during your festivities accidents do happen and stock gets damaged and sometimes goes missing. Any stock that needs to be replaced will be charged for at the full retail cost and deducted from your returnable deposit.
When Is my final balance due?
50% of your outstanding balance is due 6 months prior to your event and your final balances is due 28 days prior to your event, we will send you email reminders. See our Terms and Conditions
Can I change my order?
Yes you have up until the 28 days before the event to make any changes to your order, and the price will be adjusted accordingly. You will be charged full cost of any Items that have been bought In specifically for your wedding.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel at anytime, however the deposit is NON refundable and If you cancel within 28 days of your wedding or event you will be liable for the full outstanding balance
Do you cover other area's of the UK?
We cover all of Yorkshire and Greater Manchester, we will consider other areas depending on the size of the order
How do I pay?
We accept cash, bank transfer and cheques (which must be cleared before we release stock), on request we can also send a PayPal Invoice which will allow you to pay by debit or credit card - please note however that a surcharge of 5% will be levided to cover our PayPal costs.
What are your bank details?
Our account number Is 332390 and our sort code Is 11 00 99, always quote the reference number on your Invoice, If this Isn't available then you must quote your surname and the date of your wedding.
Do you have any experience in decorating Indian weddings?
Yes we have provided room decorations for several Indian weddings, our room decorations, particularly our aisle lights are very popular.
Who is Inspire Hire Services?
In October 2010 Wedding Sparkle bought Inspire Hire Services including InspireHS.co.uk. Inspire Hire Services was well known in the Pontefract and Wakefield areas and we no longer trade under the Inspire Hire Services brand or use the website www.inspirehs.co.uk. We now trade under Wedding Sparkle and offer a larger and improved quality range of product and offer these at highly competitive prices.
